About the role - Year 3 Teacher:

Position: Year 3 Teacher, full-time role focused on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Assessment: Track and assess pupils' progress, adapting lessons to meet diverse needs.What we're looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for the Year 3 Teacher role.
Experience: At least two years' teaching experience, ideally with Year 3 or Key Stage 2 pupils.
Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for developing pupils' academic and social skills.
