As a Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) you will:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual students' goals and objectives.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to student support.
Deliver engaging therapy sessions, utilising evidence-based techniques and resources.
Monitor and evaluate students' progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
Provide consultation and training to teachers and support staff, fostering a whole-school approach to communication development.As a Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT), you will have:

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) with relevant experience (SEN experience preferred).
Registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
