What you can expect from the role… To attract, source and assess exceptional talent for vacancies, delivering on SLAs and quality of hire excellence. To partner with hiring managers to gain insights that drive efficient and effective activity. Be the gate keeper to key tools, ensuring they're up to date and accurate across all platforms. Provide administrative support, ensuring an efficient function with accurate and up to date resources. Manage shared inboxes, providing an effective and brand appropriate response. Support with Talent and Engagement initiatives, co-ordinating key elements to create a successful outcome. Contribute to employer brand activity, internally and externally. Keep up to date with industry news and trends, contributing to the evolution of the function. What we're looking for from the successful candidate… Experience delivering recruitment activity, either as a line manager or resourcer, ideally within Retail, Hospitality or Leisure. A fantastic communicator with a natural flair for building strong relationships. A proactive approach, someone who thrives in a busy environment and can prioritise their work. A keen interest in building a career within Talent Acquisition and Engagement. Someone who can role model the Ann Summers values in everything they do.
