Join Innovate Cambridge as our Administrative Assistant/PA and make a real impact by supporting two organisations driving world-class innovation and healthcare excellence.
Hours: Ideally full-time but part-time will be considered for the right candidate, the role will include responsibilities for Innovate Cambridge and Cambridge University Health Partners Salary: Circa £25k (+ benefits) Contract: fixed term for 3 years What's in it for you?

The Role: What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our team, you'll juggle a variety of responsibilities: Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, handling them with professionalism.
Providing essential support for events, social media, and office tasks.
Managing emails, drafting correspondence, and assisting with financial admin like invoices and expenses.
Every day will be different, so adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential
What We're Looking For Experience: 1-2 years in an admin or PA role.
Tech Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Organisation & Communication: Strong multitasking skills and a knack for clear, professional communication.
Flexibility: Ready to roll up your sleeves and handle a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
