This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
What You'll Be Doing: Providing tailored support to children with SEN, both one-on-one and in small groups, to meet their unique learning needs.
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that enable student progress and confidence.
Helping create a classroom environment where all students feel included, supported, and encouraged.
Supporting engaging activities to ensure all students are actively involved in their learning journey.
Building strong relationships with parents and carers by sharing updates and celebrating milestones.What We're Looking For: Experience with SEN students is welcomed, but a positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Flexibility and creativity to adapt your approach to diverse learning styles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
