As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing document management processes, ensuring that all documents are accurately managed, recorded, and distributed in compliance with company policies.
This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that they have the necessary documentation for their projects and maintaining the integrity of document records.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain efficient document control systems for both electronic and paper documents.
Manage the flow of documents in and out of the project team, ensuring that all team members have access to the correct version of files.
Oversee the proper filing and archiving of documents according to established standards.
Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely distribution of documents and track document statuses.
Assist in the training of team members on document control procedures and software.
Support the wider administrative functions of the team as needed.
Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with document management systems and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Understanding of procedure for document control in compliance with ISO or relevant standards is a plus.
