We are looking for a Partner or Legal Director to join the Private Client team in our Romsey office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a broad variety of clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of providing private client advice and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:
Administration of Estates and providing advice on Wills and LPAsAdvising on tax-efficient wealth and business succession planning and asset protectionProvide specialist knowledge and experience in trusts, companies and partnershipsAdvising on inheritance tax and capital gains, through use of trusts and partnershipsWhilst this role is based in Romsey, there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the Private Client team based at our other offices. The successful candidate will also have strong management experience, capable of leading and inspiring a team.
