Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Assistant to assist at a reputable firm based in East Midlands for 3-6 months + in duration.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable firm in the East Midlands to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Locum Legal Executive to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The locum will be able to work on a hybrid basis from the start.

This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 3 months with potential to extend beyond this point. The locum can work 3 or 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload of private client matters including:

Probate matters
Lasting powers of attorney
WillsThe locum will benefit from highly experienced secretarial support and support from the Head of Department.

Benefits

Competitive pay in the range of £45 - £55 per hour DOE

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
Experience handling busy caseloads of private client work
Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
