Typically though, at Director level, you will be responsible for:·                Leading: you will lead a high-performing team striving for excellence·                Process improvement: you will actively lead and drive projects to automate central processes·                Analysis: you will enable the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through robust business modelling.
You will be a leader-doer who is hands-on·                Storytelling: you will consolidate financials and present in an engaging way to Executive leadership·                Stakeholder management: you will business partner technical and non-technical audiences, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation   We tend to look for people with:  ·                Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)·                A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries·                Strong generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc.
