About the Role: As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of containers across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include: Safely and efficiently operating HGV Class 1 vehicles Adhering to all road traffic regulations and company policies Completing accurate paperwork and logs Maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle What We're Looking For: Valid HGV Class 1 C+E licence 2 years Class 1 experience Up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card RHIDES Card DP World port access cards.
Clean driving licence with minimal points Strong understanding of road traffic regulations, including Driver Hours and Tachograph rules Experience with splitter trailers and container handling (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and team-oriented approach Must be punctual Pay attention to detail Be courteous to customer and other staff members What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Work for a well-established company within the Uniserve Group The opportunity to develop your skills and experience JBRP1_UKTJ
