This is a new business role focused on generating opportunities across North Wales and Cheshire.
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in building rapport with key decision-makers, developing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities from a list of prospectsGenerate leads by cold calling, canvassing, and using social media platforms such as LinkedInSet own appointmentsBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive pipeline development and achieve sales targetsWork closely with the Managing Director to align growth activities with company goals Customer Engagement: Confidently engage with clients over the phone, presenting products and services clearly and effectivelyListen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to identify solutionsProvide excellent customer service by managing client inquiries and following through on commitments About you:Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 year of B2B experience in business developmentExperience in securing sales and generating appointmentsPrevious experience in the telecoms industryStrong communication skills, with the ability to listen and ask insightful questionsSelf-motivated, focused, and target-driven with a positive attitudeConfident in speaking with people over the phone/teams and building relationships Remuneration and Benefits: Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and a supportive working environment (Salary starting from £30,000 per year with OTE of £60,000+.
