Spa Professional

Our four-star hotel in Denbighshire is seeking a skilled beauty professional to join our Leisure Suite team. As a Spa Professional, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatments to our guests using Thalgo products.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer enquiries, managing online bookings, and maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa area. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with management to ensure seamless service delivery.

We require applicants to hold NVQ level 2 or above qualifications in beauty therapy, excellent time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in content creation and Thalgo knowledge are highly valued assets in this role.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible working hours, offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, free access to the hotel's facilities, and discounts on food, drink, and rooms.
