Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join their inpatient team, providing high-quality care to adults with eating disorders.

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering the hospital's strategy, ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical operations.
This role offers the unique blend of operational leadership and hands-on clinical involvement, allowing you to foster a culture of learning and development throughout the team.
What we're looking for: Registration: Valid and clear NMC Pin and a nursing qualification - RMN (Mental Health) or RNLD (Learning Disability) Clinical Experience: Proven experience in eating disorders, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
Knowledge of Regulations: Thorough understanding of statutory regulations and healthcare standards.
Leadership Skills: Strong abilities to mentor, inspire, and empower staff.

Your day-to-day: Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the hospital's strategic goals.
Clinical & Operational Leadership: Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, acting as a visible role model, mentor, and guide to staff.
Performance Oversight: Oversee the performance and governance of clinical departments, ensuring that care is delivered with excellence.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Drive an effective multidisciplinary approach, promoting positive working relationships across all teams.
Deputising for Hospital Director: Support the Hospital Director by taking on key responsibilities in their absence.
Resource Management: Lead and manage clinical services to ensure optimal resource utilisation, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment.
Standards and Conduct: Uphold standards in accordance with professional codes of conduct, initiating improvements and addressing any deviations.
On-Call Duties: Participate in on-call duties as part of the hospital's Senior Management Team, ensuring service continuity and high-quality care.
