Main duties of the job By attending our event, you will have the chance tomeet members of our nursing teams, along with opportunities to ask questions toour graduates.
You will take part in a competitive interview process but willbe encouraged to discuss your ambitions and address any questions you may have.To receive an invite to our event on Monday 16thDecember 2024 so we can offer you the best experience, we ask that you provideus with information about yourself, your education and your aspirations bysubmitting an application.

Job description Job responsibilities Participating in the development anddelivery of a philosophy of care which involves/respects the rights ofpatients carers and staff.Ability to relate to all staff and patientsin a confident manner, demonstrating good listening skills and able to workeffectively as part of team.Creating, maintaining and enhancingeffective working relationships.Recognising areas of conflict and assisting inthe management of this to promote a healthy working environment.Maintaining an awareness of national andregional initiatives.Participating in the individual performancereview process.Participating in Clinical Supervision wherethis is appropriate Participating in the implementation andmonitoring of the Trusts Nursing Charter standards.Acting as a positive ambassador for theTrust.Promoting a multi professional approach to maximise the patients healthand independence utilising resources appropriately.Maintaining up to date knowledge of current nursing issues/practices.Working as a registered nurse, without direct supervision in the absenceof the Ward Sister where necessary.
