Commercial Sales Team Lead – Edinburgh Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Sales Team Lead to join their dynamic team in Edinburgh.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of strategic sales initiatives and the nurturing of key client relationships.
You will work closely with the executive team to lead the sales team, identify new market opportunities, set sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve them.
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on sales leadership experience, enabling you to lead the sales team in creating and executing effective sales plans.
Requirements: Significant experience in Business Development and Telesales in a business to business environment.
Team Leadership experience.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
