The Role Reporting to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering excellent customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Registering applicants. Answering enquiries by phone and email. Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements. Ensuring all GDPR processes are carried out correctly. Sending out property details to applicants. Contacting vendors and completing AML checks. Booking and conducting sales and lettings viewings. Providing correct notice to tenanted/occupied properties. Negotiating offers on properties for sale and let. Agreeing sales for properties, requesting proof of funds, supporting documents and solicitors' details. Working to agreed targets and deadlines and reporting on daily results to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings. Keeping up to date with operational updates and other company communications. Being aware of legislative changes within the sales and lettings industry and within the company. Liaising directly with the Vendors and Landlords on a weekly basis. Exceeding customer service expectations. Completing tasks set as part of a negotiator's daily role. Benefits They believe in rewarding talent and hard work. They offer:
