At this moment, we're actively seeking an outstanding Sales and Lettings Negotiator. Don't have prior experience, you say? No need to worry; we're here to provide all the training you need to nurture the star within you.

Your responsibilities will encompass (and don't fret if the following seems a bit puzzling - we're here to guide you like wise Jedi masters):

- Recording enquiries and matching them with suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Skillfully negotiating sales and rental offers
- Engaging with a diverse clientele
- Skillfully suggesting supplementary products
- Delivering top-notch customer service

This is a commission based role. Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, Saturdays on rota 9.30am-4pm with day back in lieu. 28 days inc bank holidays per year.

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year
