About the Role As Country / Sales Manager you are responsible for managing the expansion of the company in the UK.
You should grow our client's portfolio by developing your own network, identifying commercial opportunities and developing strategic partnerships within Energy Sector in UK and Ireland.
This role requires excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough organization.
Once the first contracts will be awarded locally, you will play a crucial part by managing the administrative aspects of the office and the labour.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the UK & Ireland region, aligned with AVENTA's mission and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Energy sector to expand the portfolio of projects and Clients in Uk and Ireland region Build & grow a network of relevant professionals to ensure AVENTA receives the latest available opportunities for the 3 BUs Obtain opportunities and ensure Aventa positions itself to win the contracts Act as the primary point of contact for UK and Irish Clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively throughout all of sales life cycle Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any queries or concerns related to tenders or projects Support the tendering process to submit proposals according to the Client's requirements Collaborate with various departments (3 BUs, QHSER, management, administrative) to gather inputs to offer preparation Find business partners if needed Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs within AVENTA's core activities.
Represent AVENTA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in Sciences, engineering, or other equivalent, Mandatory previous work experience in the oil and gas industry or renewables energy Minimum 10-15 years working experience 5+ years experience in Key Account Management or Area/Country Sales with existing network/portfolio of clients in the UK.
Strong knowledge of the UK Energy market, key players, regulations, and tender processes.
Good understanding of OWF EPCI projects and operations Preferred Skills Able to develop a commercial strategy and ensure adherence Proven track record in managing key national accounts and achieving sales targets Demonstrable ability to work within demanding time constraints Work collaboratively with other to ensure cohesive service delivery and ensure cross-selling whenever possible.
Communicate effectively with the executive team, providing regular updates on sales status, planning, and strategic initiatives.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Reporting and usage of CRM (Salesforce) Excellent negotiator Ability to prioritise own workload, and manage time accordingly Self-organized and used to develop structured working environment Highly self-motivated Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Travels: Frequent travels inside UK and Ireland Some travels possibly needed to France and Italy Why Join AVENTA?
