The focus of the Reward and Payroll Coordinator is to deliver reward and payroll admin activities working closely with the International Reward Operations Manager, Reward Advisor and Payroll lead.
The role is primarily focused on the UK but from time to time may involve some non-UK activities.
The role is part of a broader team of ten which spans Reward and HR Shared Services and is part of the International HR team.
Key Responsibilities Day to day administration of UK benefits working closely with the UK based Reward advisor.
Benefits include Private Medical, Medical Cash Plan, Perks, the Company Car Lease plan and Company Car Fleet The administration of changes including pricing, participants in the plans and level of cover Ensuring that employee records in ADP are maintained and the relevant documentation is stored in alignment with GDPR requirements.
Providing advice to employees working closely with HR Shared Services, the Reward Adviser and Payroll lead – managing the Reward Inbox Ensuring any payroll changes are captured and sent to the Payroll lead Supporting with the creation of communications to employees and updating associated material accordingly Raising POs and managing the cross-charging of Reward costs to the business as required Query management resolution and point of contact for Bought Ledger Coordination of inputs required for audits and other activities (for example requesting pay slips from various HR teams, requesting inputs for data collation) Payroll admin duties under the supervision of the Payroll lead such as coordination of inputs, completion of data files Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 1 years experience in HR Administration Experience in working with MS Excel and producing reports.
Good understanding of employee data and entitlements.
