Job Description The team you'll be working with: You'll be joining the 6th largest IT Service Provider, present in more than 70 countries.

What you'll be doing: As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst, with advanced level Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), multi-tasking, and communications skills, to join our team in Glasgow.
Functional requirements gathering and process definition/refinement activities Reporting Aspects of Systems and Infrastructure support/monitoring Aspects of Supplier engagement & management Aspects of release management What experience you'll bring: Hybrid role requiring an average of 3 days onsite per week.
Smart metering subject matter expertise would be highly beneficial (valuable experience in the following could be of benefit: DCC, DNOs, DUIS, SMKI, DCCKI and SEC) Experience in Stakeholders management.
IT background / Utilities Sector experience preferred.
Able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
