Main duties of the job To support the provision of Health and Social Care to the people of RCT and Merthyr who are experiencing a mental health issue within the context of a multi-disciplinary, multi agency team and support the delivery of evidence based mental health care to clients in a community post holder will deliver specific components of the patients care plan as directed by the registered nurse and Care post holder will be required to work without direct supervision for all or most of their post holder will be expected to assist with the organization and facilitation of monitoring physical health needs and running therapeutic groups.
