Job Description Our Transactional Real Estate team in Manchester is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1-5 years PQE to handle exciting client mandates.
The role involves working with FTSE 100 and significant local clients on a diverse range of real estate tasks, including significant investment property sales and purchases, large-scale portfolio management, and infrastructure projects in energy and transport.
The successful candidate will join a Tier 1 ranked team, known for its transactional expertise and commercial approach to property matters.
The team, one of the firm's largest, comprises 7 partners and over 40 fee earners, emphasizing collaboration, commercial insight, and technical excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to work on market-leading deals, maintain and develop client relationships, and contribute significantly to high-value transactions.
Associates are expected to take on early responsibility, supported by a culture of learning and development.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate, demonstrate resilience, ambition, and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Skills in stakeholder engagement, effective document drafting, and maintaining high levels of client service are essential.
The role demands an enthusiastic approach to continuous learning and a genuine interest in understanding client needs.
