The Firm

This top tier mid-sized firm are powerful in impact, entrepreneurial and a high-quality commercial law firm. They are multi award winning, and have recently won the award for law firm of the year at a prestigious industry award ceremony. This has positioned the practice as the leading alternative to the regional and national practices in the North West.

The firm have an impressive client base, which has a growing number of FTSE 250 companies. The firm is a member of a global association of law firms, giving them a competitive edge, and a significant proportion of their work an international element.

The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Associate / Senior Associate 2-8 PQE to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial agreements, ranging from trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing and joint ventures.

The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 2-8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
