  Key Information: Location : Lincoln, Lincolnshire Salary : Competitive pay, based on experience Flexible Hours : Full-time and part-time opportunities available Driving Licence : Essential (due to the need to travel to various schools and nurseries)   Qualifications & Experience Required: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent for Teaching Assistants Nursery Nurse Qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education) for Nursery Nurses Experience working with children in a classroom or nursery setting is essential Experience in mainstream schools or nurseries is preferred Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Teaching Assistants or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) for Nursery Nurses Experience or knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is beneficial First Aid Training is desirable Good communication skills and the ability to work well with teachers, nursery staff, and children   Key Responsibilities: Teaching Assistants : Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs Help prepare learning materials and resources Support students' social and emotional development Communicate effectively with staff and parents Nursery Nurses : Support the development and learning of children within the Early Years setting Assist with daily routines and activities, ensuring the well-being of children Work with children to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Maintain a safe, nurturing environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff   Why Choose Protocol Education?
