In this role, you'll take the lead on key projects, including implementing an EDI system with Brightpearl, developing an automated returns system, and enhancing our data visualization capabilities.Key Responsibilities:EDI System Integration: Spearhead the integration of EDI with Brightpearl, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize order processing workflows.Automated Returns System: Develop and launch an automated returns management system, aligning configurations with business needs and supporting smooth deployment.Data Visualization: Partner with business units to create dashboards and visual insights using industry-leading tools to support data-driven decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliver status reports, and manage risk to keep all projects on track.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.Experience with Brightpearl or similar ERP/OMS platforms and hands-on EDI integration.Strong knowledge of business process automation and returns management.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.Join us to shape the future of our systems and help drive operational excellence.
