Job Advertisement: Business Systems Analyst - Full-Time Position (Remote/Hybrid Available)


Are you a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a knack for process improvement and system integration? I am on the lookout for a proactive problem solver to join an exciting team and make a real impact on their digital infrastructure. In this role, you'll take the lead on key projects, including implementing an EDI system with Brightpearl, developing an automated returns system, and enhancing our data visualization capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • EDI System Integration: Spearhead the integration of EDI with Brightpearl, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize order processing workflows.
  • Automated Returns System: Develop and launch an automated returns management system, aligning configurations with business needs and supporting smooth deployment.
  • Data Visualization: Partner with business units to create dashboards and visual insights using industry-leading tools to support data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliver status reports, and manage risk to keep all projects on track.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
  • Experience with Brightpearl or similar ERP/OMS platforms and hands-on EDI integration.
  • Strong knowledge of business process automation and returns management.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
