An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic and rapidly growing training companies.
This is the perfect role for someone eager to take their career to the next level, with the potential to progress into senior sales management and eventually build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate quality sales leads across UK-based companies, targeting key decision-makers within organizations.
Convert leads into sales and meet sales targets and KPIs across two training companies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and training solutions to effectively sell our services.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of generating leads and converting them into sales.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
A desire to grow and develop within a fast-paced, high-growth organization, with the long-term goal of leading a sales team.
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum with attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
