The Role: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be right at the heart of the action, helping us support our customers and drive our companys strategy forward.
This role is all about ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and providing ongoing support and advice to maintain the highest service levels.
What will you be doing?
Develop a thorough understanding of our customers needs and our extensive range of products and service.
Build strong relationships with clients and keep the communication flowing smoothly.
Support our goals for contract KPIs, helping us maintain a high standard across all areas of service.
Develop a strong pipeline to drive business development working in partnership with the external sales team.
Solve any challenges that arise with a proactive approach.

Experience in industrial sales or customer service is a plus.
