We are seeking a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Rubix, a leading supplier of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products and services. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and providing ongoing support and advice to maintain the highest service levels. You will develop a thorough understanding of our customers' needs and our extensive range of products and services, building strong relationships with clients and keeping communication flowing smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a thorough understanding of our customers' needs and our extensive range of products and services
* Build strong relationships with clients and keep the communication flowing smoothly
* Support our goals for contract KPIs, helping us maintain a high standard across all areas of service
* Develop a strong pipeline to drive business development working in partnership with the external sales team

Requirements:
* Proven track record in telesales
* Skilled in customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to solve problems efficiently and confidently
* Experience in industrial sales or customer service is a plus
* Organised, adaptable, and a great team player

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
