About the Role - As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, fast-paced, high-volume environment, working within specialist markets: Dental, Nursing, and Residential Care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Qualifying healthcare professionals using job boards and our CRM system.
Warm desk recruitment, sway existing leads and relationships.
Placing candidates in permanent roles across the UK, in private sector E.g.
Nursing homes, Residential, Dental practices.
Managing a 360 recruitment process, delivering outstanding service to both candidates and clients.
Pay range and compensation package - Money and Monthly Commission: you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive monthly commission on top of your base salary.
