Whether you have previous sales experience or not, if you have the desire to earn big, stay motivated, and hit your targets - we want to hear from you Graduate Recruitment Consultants can typically earn between £30,000 to £40,000 OTE in their first year, with some of our top performing grads earning between £45,000 to £55,000 .
