Person Specification Knowledge Essential Computer literate, with 1 year experience of using a keyboard Knowledge of PAS and NHS in general, ideally at least 3 years Excellent communication skills Desirable RSA11 or ECDL Qualifications Essential Good general education including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent).
