Job Description: Events Co-ordinator Salary: £30,000 per annum Working Pattern: 5 days per week, across Monday to Sunday.
For weeks where weekend days are worked, days off will be allocated during the week.

Role Overview: As an Events Co-ordinator , you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and executing high-quality events.
From pre-event logistics to on-the-day coordination and post-event evaluation, you will ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team while honing your organisational and operational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Pre-Event Planning: Book venues, speakers, and accommodation as required.
Develop detailed event agendas and ensure all relevant documentation and printouts are prepared in advance.
Conduct stock checks to confirm sufficient inventory for upcoming events.
Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to meet logistical needs.

On-the-Day Coordination: Be present on-site to oversee the seamless running of events.
Ensure agenda timings are adhered to and troubleshoot any issues in real time.
Act as the main point of contact for all event stakeholders during the event.

Post-Event Review: Lead or contribute to team debrief sessions to assess event successes and identify areas for improvement.
Document lessons learned and propose recommendations to enhance future events.
Ensure all post-event administrative tasks are completed, such as feedback collation and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in planning and executing events is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
