This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, advisory position and is ready to contribute to meaningful improvements in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities: Offer expert advice on all matters across the employee lifecycle Handle HR administration, including contracts, terms changes, and flexible working requests.
Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and report findings.
Support recruitment, from drafting job adverts to coordinating interviews.
Oversee the induction process for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics like absence and turnover.
What We're Looking For: Solid background in HR, ideally with experience in professional services Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent MS Office skills, with a proactive approach to multitasking and prioritisation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels.
Desirable: CIPD qualification.
