Main duties of the job Provide a safe and effective clinical pharmacy service to allocated clinical area Undertake professional clinical pharmacist's duties as per rota including the provision of on-call.
Provide pharmaceutical advice and support within both primary and secondary care services as required Develop, encourage and promote evidence-based, cost effective use of medicines Assist in providing clinical training and supervision of other pharmacy staff.
