Job Summary: COINSEC is seeking a dynamic CMO to shape and execute its marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and effective communication of the company's vision and value propositions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading marketing initiatives in the fintech or capital markets sectors, driving customer acquisition, and establishing thought leadership in competitive industries.
Key Responsibilities:   Marketing Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with COINSEC's growth objectives and mission.
Drive global brand recognition and thought leadership in fintech, digital assets, and capital markets.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Brand Development: Establish and enhance the COINSEC brand to position the company as a leader in innovation and reliability.
Build a consistent and compelling narrative across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
Manage and evolve brand guidelines to maintain consistency and relevance.
Demand Generation and Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns to attract businesses, institutions, and investors to the COINSEC platform.
Leverage digital marketing, partnerships, and strategic outreach to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve measurable outcomes.
Communications and Public Relations: Oversee the development of external communication strategies, including PR campaigns, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Act as the company's spokesperson to articulate COINSEC's vision and value propositions to the market, partners, and stakeholders.
Foster relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify COINSEC's voice.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the interim CEO and other executives to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Partner with sales, product, and technology teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Build trust and rapport with customers, partners, and investors through targeted messaging and campaigns.
Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
Promote a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Attract and retain top marketing talent to support COINSEC's ambitious goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record as a CMO or senior marketing leader, preferably within fintech, digital assets, or capital markets sectors.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing, customer acquisition, and lifecycle management.
Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and data analytics.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience leading PR and media campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills: Experience marketing complex financial products or platforms to institutional and business customers.
Familiarity with blockchain technologies, tokenized assets, financial markets and digital ecosystems.
Strong network within the fintech and digital assets industries.
Knowledge of global regulatory environments and their implications for marketing in financial services.
