A leading player in the infrastructure sector is currently looking for an SPC Manager to join their growing team in Dartford, where you will oversee and manage the performance of Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) within the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework.
As the SPC Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the following: Maintaining and developing financial and operational policies to ensure the efficient conduct of the SPC.
Overseeing Health & Safety monitoring and compliance, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Managing third-party service providers, monitoring performance, and minimizing performance deductions.
Assisting with the preparation of statutory reports, returns, and accounts in line with legal requirements.
Ensuring the completion of obligations under the operation management contracts, including lifecycle and variation management.
