In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) within the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing financial and operational policies to ensure efficient conduct of the SPC.
  • Overseeing Health & Safety monitoring and compliance ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Managing third-party service providers monitoring performance and minimizing performance deductions.
  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory reports returns and accounts in line with legal requirements.
  • Ensuring completion of obligations under operation management contracts including lifecycle and variation management.

To succeed in this role you will need to possess:

  • Degree in construction or FM-related discipline or extensive senior-level experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven knowledge of Health & Safety regulations with an IOSH Managing Safely course or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of PFI project management during the operational phase with sound grasp of project finance and investment.
  • Experience working with senior client representatives and managing relationships with project lenders and investors.
  • Excellent contract knowledge and risk management skills.
