About the role:
The Creative Team Lead at IOLLA is the heartbeat of our creative team. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge on campaigns that inspire, excite, and deliver measurable results. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure that every piece of creative output is as impactful as it is innovative.

What you'll be doing:
Creative Leadership Lead the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with IOLLA's brand goals and audience. Champion bold, innovative ideas that set IOLLA apart. Tackle creative challenges with imaginative solutions that drive results. Strategy Development Collaborate with the team to set campaign strategies that align with business objectives. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform creative direction. Develop cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that elevate the brand. E-Commerce and Digital Work with the Digital Marketer to craft creative strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and retention online. Create campaigns tailored for digital channels, optimising for performance across paid digital advertising, email marketing, and social platforms. Use data to refine and optimise creative performance. Partnerships and Collaborations Collaborate with the PR and Community Marketer to identify, develop, and execute impactful partnerships, including influencer collaborations and brand alliances. Develop creative strategies to amplify partnerships, ensuring they resonate with IOLLA's audience and enhance brand credibility. Monitor partnership outcomes and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration. Bringing Ideas to life Oversee the execution of creative concepts across all touchpoints, from digital to in-store. Review and refine deliverables to maintain quality and consistency in line with IOLLA's brand values. Mentorship and Collaboration Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team of 5 to deliver their best work. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth within the team. Work cross-functionally to align creative outputs with broader business goals. Performance Measurement Evaluate campaign success using data-driven insights. Continuously optimise strategies and apply learnings to future projects. Who we're looking for:

Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of experience in a senior creative or strategy role, ideally within a lifestyle, fashion, or consumer-focused brand. A portfolio of innovative, multi-channel campaigns with proven results. Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience mentoring and leading creative teams, with a focus on nurturing talent and inspiring bold thinking. A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform strategies.
