Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for residents, providing a responsive and empathetic service to meet their needs.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of sheltered housing schemes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular welfare checks and liaise with residents to promote their well-being and independence.
Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services at the schemes.
Support new resident onboarding, including tenancy sign-ups and orientation.
Collaborate with external agencies and community organizations to enhance resident services.
Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and ensure confidentiality at all times About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in housing management, support services, or a similar role.
Knowledge of issues affecting older or vulnerable adults.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple locations.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
