Northern Powergrid is seeking a high-calibre Change Analyst to join our People & Change Directorate during an exciting period of growth.
As our organization evolves, this role will be pivotal in managing increasing levels and complexities of change across the business.

As a Change Analyst, you'll partner with business leads to deliver strategic change initiatives and enable a culture of continuous improvement.
Your initial assignment will involve supporting the implementation of a critical upgrade to our asset delivery system, part of a multimillion-pound technology investment programme designed to enhance data and digital capabilities.

In this role, you'll work across the entire change lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders from various teams to successfully deliver new ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
Applying structured change management methodologies to develop strategies, plans, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers.
Leading the creation and execution of change tools, such as Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analyses, Business Readiness Plans, and Adoption Tracking.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to act as a trusted business partner and provide expert guidance on change management activities.
Developing tailored training materials to support the adoption of new systems and processes for different audiences, including senior management and colleagues.
Identifying risks and resistance to change and developing actionable mitigation plans.
Producing management reports to highlight progress, risks, and key outcomes.
Collaborating with external stakeholders, suppliers, and international colleagues to deliver successful change initiatives.
What You'll Bring Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in managing and delivering change initiatives.
Practical knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective stakeholder relationships.
Experience facilitating workshops with actionable outcomes.
Demonstrable success in working as part of project teams and supporting complex programmes.
The ability to proactively identify and resolve issues with clear mitigation strategies.
Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with Agile project methodologies.
Familiarity with process change analysis and enterprise architecture software.
Experience working with Oracle products.
Prior work in a highly regulated business environment.
