Role Details: Location - Onsite in Auchterarder Duration - 4-8 weeks Schedule - 5 days a week, with some out-of-hours and weekend work required to support business services.

Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st Line IT Support for systems and infrastructure, addressing helpdesk tickets from employees across various sites.
Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues and manage change requests.
Assist IT Managers with day-to-day upgrades and maintenance of hardware and software.
Skills and Experience Required: Technical proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server/OS, networking concepts, and IT hardware (laptops, printers, PCs, etc.).
Experience with EPOS and Audio Visual systems is advantageous.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A desire to work as part of a cohesive team and the initiative to complete tasks independently.
