We have an opportunity for an Experience Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract working with our Client Scottish Water.

Respond to customer enquiries and requests via various communication channels, such as phone and email Identify and effectively address customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to turn challenging situations into opportunities for customer satisfaction.
Keep the internal system up to date with communications to customers.
Keep customers up to date on the progression of their works Collect, collate and analyse data on customer enquiries and complaints.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, including strong listening abilities and the capacity to manage conflict resolution effectively.
An understanding of and empathy for customer issues is crucial, along with maintaining composure and patience, particularly in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving skills enable the identification and resolution of customer problems efficiently, while adaptability and flexibility are key in managing a wide range of customer enquiries.
You will have excellent organisational skills, comfortable using both Excel and Microsoft Office, combined with a positive attitude and professional demeanour, further contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
