Our client, a respected care provider for older adults, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their dynamic team.
This role offers a blend of clinical and supernumerary hours, allowing you to make a difference while developing your leadership expertise in a supportive and rewarding environment.
As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care for residents, including those with dementia and general nursing needs.
Working closely with the management team, you'll balance hands-on clinical care with operational responsibilities, contributing to the smooth running of the nursing home.
What we're looking for: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with senior-level responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of dementia care and general nursing for older adults.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Lead on care planning and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice standards.
Act as a role model for excellent clinical practice and compassionate care.
Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
