Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled registered nurse with a specialist interest in Diabetes to join our Community Nursing Service in Bedfordshire. As a Band 6 nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with diabetes, working closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive care to patients with diabetes, including medication management and lifestyle advice.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination and delivery.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients with diabetes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in nursing practice, particularly in diabetes care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
