Job Description Role – National Account Manager (Discounters & Online) Company – FMCG Challenger Brand (B Corp) Salary – £40-£50k, bonus, pension, private medical care, life insurance, 25 days holiday Location – Hybrid (2 days per week in office in Bucks) Let's be honest, who doesn't love a jaunt around the at-times-chaotic but always enticing aisles of Aldi or Lidl these days, checking out the latest deals, and securing their weekly big shop at a fraction of the price of the top four?
With this NAM role, you can still do all that but with a whole new perspective.
Because you won't just be buying, but supplying too.
Working for a B Corp certified challenger brand with a nutritious & nourishing range of plant based meals, you'll be partnering closely with buyers and category managers, building compelling business plans to meet the needs of the shoppers and creating mutual value.
This is a business in growth, and the discount channel is a big part of that.
Supported by a dedicated and highly experienced commercial leadership team, you'll be given full P&L responsibility over your channel, which currently equates to near 30% of company turnover.
You'll pick up Ocado too.
Just to mix things up a bit.
