Key RequirementsMust be a current, permanent FBI employee Major Duties Provide administrative support regarding the coordination of FBI programs related to wellness and resilience.Researches, analyzes and evaluates information to ensure optimal financial uses of wellness program resources.
Liaison with internal and external partners in order to obtain participation and information regarding office needs in order to create a network of wellness services and resources.Establishes the proper documentation for the Division's Wellness Program that advertises the procedures, and presentation for upcoming wellness events.Manages, oversees, and surveys Wellness Team Committee for the Division personnel by scheduling and leading meeting to discuss data, employee feedback and potential upgrades to wellness space.Collaborate with members in order to address the needs of the dedicated space of the Division for wellness.Other DutiesEmployee Assistance Program peer-to-peer role.
Provide communications to employees about EAP services.
Provide internal and external information and referral resources to employees who do not need to meet with an EAP counselor.Schedule sessions and meetings for licensed EAP counselors and will triage walk-in employees seeking EAP assistance until which time a licensed counselor is available to assist.Support for all EAP programs to ensure events are planned and executed, as needed.Provide support during critical incidents such as an employee death, benefits process, memorial fingerprint plaque, memorial credentials, etc.Confidentiality is a must for this position.

The 12-month waiting period begins the day an employee reports for duty at the new location.Employees selected for promotions at the GS-12 level or higher, as well as employees selected for positions where a transfer of location is required, will be processed through the name check program prior to being notified of their selection.Memorandum for Record: Work performed outside assigned duties (that would not normally be documented on a SF-50, i. e., back-up duties), has to be documented in detail by an immediate supervisor in order to receive full credit for amount of time worked in that position.
If no documentation is furnished no credit will be given for time worked in that position.
