Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00 | Starting Salary: £25,000 per year The Role: As a Branch Assistant, you will: Help with branch operations, including stock handling and order processing.
Serve customers at the Trade Counter, via phone, and email.
Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organised branch environment.
Liaise with other departments to address customer needs.
Cover for the Branch Supervisor when required.
Test, approve, and manage Fast-match Special orders.
Maintain and update the Fast-match colour formulations database.
Ensure all products meet strict quality control standards.
Collaborate with internal departments and improve colour matching techniques.
Support daily production goals and meet customer requirements.
Pay & Benefits: £25,000 per year starting salary, with potential for growth.
Monday to Friday schedule (08:30 - 17:00) - enjoy your evenings and weekends off
Full training provided to enhance your technical and operational skills.
Be part of a collaborative and innovative team environment.
What You'll Need: 3+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or trade counter sales.
Proficiency in Fast-match colour equipment and databases is preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
