Who are Bluebird Care ?
Bluebird Care is a national home care provider, but our office is a locally owned family business, run separately to other Bluebird branches.
We have 4 local office's covering most of Essex and the Redbridge area of London.
We also have a dedicated Live-in care team whose role it is to support you, mentor you and provide you with a consistency of work.
We are proud to be rated 'outstanding' or 'good' by the CQC in all go our office teams, we have a friendly team and we're often referred to as a second family by our current Live in Carer's
What do we do?
We're committed to keeping elderly and vulnerable people living in the comfort of their own homes throughout  Chelmsford, Galleywood, Sandon , Broomfield, Great Baddow, Maldon and Danbury We believe Live in Care is a better alternative to residential as in this role you are able to offer personalised 1:1 support, meaning whilst you are supporting our customer's you are able to give them your full attention.
As a live in carer you will be required to support with a range of daily living tasks.
What you need to be a valued Bluebird Care Live in Care Assistant; Right to work in the UK Excellent level of English To be aged 18+ Responsibilities of a Bluebird Care Live in Care Assistant; *Please note if you do not understand any of the below terminology or tasks, this will be covered in great depth during your personalised induction and training.
Personal care duties Administering medication Manual handling, using equipment where required Promoting customer health and wellbeing Companionship and help with activities/appointments Plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals Shopping and domestic tasks around the home Because we care about you In addition to a secure and stable career, we offer: Weekly rates depending on dependency from £774 - £1005 (inclusive of food allowance) Paid domestic and support with travel to your customer's home.
