The opportunity Each month, our Business Development Team handles thousands of new leads.
This first interaction with clients is key in helping them choose Setfords.
We support both new and existing consultant solicitors by understanding their expertise to match them with the right leads.
This personalised approach ensures the best service for our clients.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a confident and personable Business Development Executive to join our Guildford team.
In this role, you'll focus on driving business opportunities across a range of legal practice areas.
You'll speak with new clients, assess their needs, and match them with our consultants to ensure the right fit.
What the job involves (but not limited to) To provide clients with a first point of contact, creating confidence in the company by ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer service; To secure new clients by generating opportunities when necessary, involving client qualification before passing them to consultants; To be confident with multiple call handling; To assist with the collation of data for the Business Development and Marketing team; To ensure the CRM system is up to date and help run reports on the conversion of business; To build and develop an excellent rapport with the clients and internal departments.
What we are looking for Established tele sales experience, preferably professional services, with a team-oriented mindset to contribute to collective sales goals; Experience in the legal industry is desirable but not essential; Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics is desirable; Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines when necessary and produce high-quality work under pressure; Self-starter with the ability to demonstrate innovation and drive and the willingness to share and collaborate on innovative ideas within the team; Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse callers in a sensitive, empathetic and professional manner at all times; Exceptional telephone manner; Strong team player; Desire to develop your skills with the training provided.
